This is thanks to a specialised warehouse solution that Fullers developed especially for BMW UK that includes stock management, picking, packing and delivery to its retailer network across the south.

As a fulfilment expert with a wealth of experience in the automotive sector, Fullers has received five consecutive gold awards from the automotive group for its service and performance of the specialised warehouse solution – achieving a score of 99.82%.

The Fullers team ensures the fulfilment journey is smooth and streamlined process, from start to finish, six days a week. They use trusted processes developed from years of experience within the fulfilment sector to a broad range of specialist services to BMW UK, from stock receiving and inventory management, to accurate picking and expert packing, and same-day despatch which is a distinct benefit for the automotive group. This covers items from up to 1,500 lines of automotive components and fast-moving spare parts – all speedily distributed to BMW retailers as ordered. The Fullers team is supported by the latest in cloud-based technology that enables them to process orders faster, automate workflows and control the flow of stock, and provide customised reporting.
