Working in line with GMP and HACCP and mixing blends to order, our powder processing plant has the ability to operate 24 hours per day, 7 days per week and 365 days per year.
In order to maintain the safety, quality and integrity of products, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) have been designed, implemented and are regularly audited to minimise the risk of contamination whether microbiological, physical or otherwise. As such, product is released in line with a stringent Quality Assurance process. Bagged product is ripped, tipped into hoppers and pumped, according to a specific blend recipe, into a fleet of dedicated food grade tipping tankers.
