From start to finish
Factory Services
Raw materials and packaging required to make our client’s products are off loaded and stored at Fullers’ dedicated warehouse. In order to maintain the integrity of products, Ways of Working (WOWs) have been designed, implemented and regularly audited to remove the risk of contamination. Product is released according to defined quality assurance standards.
Products are picked across several pull-list windows each day and delivered by Fullers ‘Just-in-Time’ to the manufacturing lines. Working in partnership with our client’s distribution service partner, Fullers provides a factory clearance service where we continuously load finished product from the production line and onto automated pallet despatch trailers.
