'James and James' drive growth for Fullers Fulfilment in the Midlands

Fullers Fulfilment

Business in the Midlands is booming, with more new companies established in 2022 than ever before. As a vibrant trading hub with excellent transport links to the north and south of England, an increased number of well-known brands are embracing the Midlands as a hub for their operations. As a result, the need for high quality fulfilment services has also seen remarkable growth.

Fullers Fulfilment’s state-of-the-art 30,000 square foot multi-channel fulfilment centre in Leamington Spa was built on the success and proven processes of our existing facilities in Hampshire and Berkshire. The sites serve customers across the automotive, pet care, food and drink, health and beauty, fashion, and homeware industries.

In Berkshire, we boast three fulfilment warehouses with a combined footprint of 160,000 square feet; hosting global brands including BMW and Mars Wrigley.

Located in Bordon, our Hampshire facility operates from an extensive 30,000-square-foot site, delivering tailored fulfilment solutions to a varied clientele. Our customers in Bordon span across industries such as electronics, musical instruments, food and drink, and pet care.

Which is exactly what you look for in a fulfilment partner – after all, fulfilment is another important step in the customer journey and one that helps keep your brand trust high and your customers happy.

The multi-channel fulfilment centre in Leamington Spa caters to a host of ecommerce businesses, including international haircare brand Toni & Guy – a keystone client that partnered with us because they wanted dependable, highly experienced fulfilment experts that offer same-day despatch, international shipping, expert picking and packing from an ultra-hygienic, secure and scalable warehouse. Other customers on the site include self-care brand Lumene, and Mecca Cosmetics amongst others.

Just ask James and James fulfilment specialists who are passionate about the service they deliver. They are James Hetherington (General Manager) and James Clarke (Warehouse Manager) who lead the team at Fullers Fulfilment’s Leamington Spa warehouse facility. James and James, and their team, embody our company values; empowering, dynamic and insightful. They serve a variety of medium sized businesses from Leamington Spa, paying careful attention to the customer journey and helping customers capitalise on business growth.

A legacy of quality and sustainability

Along with the heritage of quality, innovation and expert teams, the Leamington Spa facility also shares a focus on eco-friendly fulfilment with the existing sites in Bordon and Slough. Our commitment to sustainability is core to our business – we don’t just talk the green talk; we walk the green walk. Along Ecovadis and Soil Association certifications, we’ve achieved the environmental ISO standard, ISO 14001. This shows our customers, the market and other stakeholders that we have a strategic framework in place to control and reduce our environmental impact. Part of that is having sustainability advisors on-site, using recyclable packaging, and working with couriers with electric fleets.
