International salon brand TONI&GUY has a rich heritage going back to 1963. Today, TONI&GUY boasts 475 salons across the globe. Not just known for its excellence in hairdressing, the company is also well regarded for its own brand of haircare products – Label M – as well as stocking professional brands such as GHD, Kérastase, Wella, L’Oreal Professionnel and Moroccan Oil in both their salons and on their website. Fullers Fulfilment has been working with TONI&GUY since 2023, supporting the ecommerce side of the business both from a direct-to-consumer (D2C) and business-to-business (B2B) point of view. As their product offering and channels expanded, the relationship has evolved into a highly collaborative operation that helps the brand scale sustainably across D2C, B2B and Amazon. Amazon Fulfilment: Great strides forward Since TONI&GUY came on board, the volume of orders has grown significantly – more so with the addition of Amazon fulfilment services, which has become an increasingly important piece of the partnership. Our expert team is on hand to ensure all products are picked according to Amazon’s requirements, including labelling and packaging, and shipped out to the ecommerce retailer. A dedicated, high-quality fulfilment operation Operating out of the modern Leamington Spa facility, TONI&GUY has a dedicated team comprising, customer service, account management, pick/pack specialists, and kit builders, ensuring continuity, accuracy and brand-aligned presentation. In the warehouse, the team carries out rigorous batch and expiry control, supported by our warehouse management system (WMS), aerosol/ dangerous goods storage compliance, and meets precise packaging standards and sustainability options. We recently worked with the TONI&GUY team on a full packaging review to further reduce environmental impact, signalling our shared values and a long-term mindset. Kit building – a value-added service One of the key services we provide for TONI&GUY is kit building – creating promotional kits that are prepacked sending out in line with various promotions. One of the popular options is holiday mini kits complete with diminutive bottles of shampoo, conditioner and hairspray. These are assembled in advance and ensure smoothness of despatch and delivery for TONI&GUY customers. Operational flexibility as a competitive advantage In addition to supporting TONI&GUY across different channels, we also play a strategic role in helping the brand optimise sales and promotions. This includes working with the team to plan for peaks due to big sales events like Black Friday or Christmas, being flexible around bringing in more staff to cope with sudden sales spikes or last-minute volume changes, and proactively making sure the order process from picking to deliver and returns is seamless, in line with the experience that TONI&GUY customers expect. We also help with volume levelling, an operational strategy to smooth demand across the week and improve end-customer flexibility. Fullers’ WMS and tracking systems underpin this data-driven flow of information, enabling better forecasting accuracy and channel performance. The future Today, Fullers Fulfilment acts as a true extension of TONI&GUY’s operation, combining specialist teams, sustainable processes and flexible fulfilment to support the brand’s continued growth across D2C, B2B and Amazon. As TONI&GUY expands its product ranges and channels, we are proudly supporting the brand as a strategic partner, ensuring every order is delivered with the precision and professionalism their customers expect.
