Kim Staires

Kim is a logistics professional with over 20 years’ experience in the industry. She spent 22 years working for a major 3PL, having worked her way from Warehouse Administrator to General Manager. Her expertise is in operational excellence, inventory management, continuous improvement, process compliance and site leadership.

She is a football Mum, is learning to play the guitar for the 4th time, and loves spending time outdoors.
